Refund and Return Policy for T-Shirts:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your t-shirt purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, here's our refund and return policy:

1. Returns:

• If you're not satisfied with your t-shirt, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• The t-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Verifi3dworks@yahoo.com 
• Pack the t-shirt securely and include the RA number on the package.
• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) using the original payment method.

2. Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or design, please follow the return process for the unwanted item and then place a new order for the desired item.

3. Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item and complete the necessary inspection.
• Shipping fees for the original purchase are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a t-shirt that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Provide clear photos of the damaged/defective area and your order details.
• We will either send a replacement t-shirt or issue a full refund, including shipping fees, depending on your preference.

5. Exceptions:

• Customized t-shirts, including those with personalized designs or text, are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or defective.
